Nightwish in concert
Yesterday, I've been to the NWconcert, which took place at the Leipzig Arena and I have to admit it was fucking brilliant. Although all the die-hard Tarja fans might hate me now, I have to say it was even better than the NW gig in Dresden in 2005.
When I saw the merchandise stand I suddenly went crazy and decided to buy 2 shirts for me, one for my mom (as belated birthday present...and yay, I went to the show with my mom - she's a fan, too ^_^), then I bought the biography, the 2008 Tourbook and a limited, signed poster. Yes, I am a fanatic. :P
Well, actually there should be two support acts, but as the "Pain"guys had a streetfight the night before, there was just "Krieger". They were not bad, but nothing special. A bit Wannabe-Rammstein, but okay. The atmosphere kinda sucked, however maybe it was just because everybody was waiting for NW...
I alway fighted between first and second row and could see everything very well.
Most important: I had the best view on beautiful, sexy, most attractive, breathtaking, stunning Tuo. *blushes*

In my opinion Anette sang very well and did a very good job when it comes to the old songs. She was very natural and a really lovely person. The special effects were spectecular and awesome as always, the fans went totally wild and the sound was perfect, as well. There is really nothing bad I can say about the gig. Really...I actually even prefer the live performance over the studio music.
In the end Anette went in front of the audiance and some fans had the possibilty to touch her hand. My mom was one of them.^^ ( I was waiting for Tuo, but he didn't come :()
All in all: Perfection.
