Upset Central is now CLOSED on account of I'm a complete fucking idiot.
Let's go over my bets here. I won with FDU covering against the Fighting Illini, which was nice. I also lost on a last-minute parlay of UCLA covering and the over in that game. Today, New Mexico and Villanova played what might have been the worst basketball game ever played, with Los Lobos scoring 11 points in the first half and yet somehow almost coming all the way back. They, of course, didn't. Neither did Old Dominion against Michigan State, and neither did George Washington against Georgia Tech. Funny how I knew at least one 12 would beat a 5 and it ended up being the only 12 seed I didn't bet on. I lost with Northern Iowa against Wisconsin (I think that's who they played), with Northern Iowa losing by 5 instead of, you know, WINNING.
And then, just to rub it in, Vermont beats Syracuse and Bucknell beats Kansas. Someone really has it in for me int the great beyond. Maybe I shouldn't have eaten meat on Friday for like the fifth week in a row.
I've made a ton of bets on basketball this year and only one of them has paid off - and that one just happeend to involve a 26.5 point spread. I should never be allowed to bet on sports again.
In other news, tonight was really fun. And I made a mix CD the other day, just a bunch of random stuff thrown together for the sake of making a CD and to get some of my iTunes downloads onto a CD. Here is the track listing...
