We photographed Baby M the other night at home. He was ten days old but already beginning to emerge from the newborn fog. It's amazing how fast that happens. It meant that we were able to get some awake shots, but also that he didn't want to be curled up for the life of him. And that little boy has some strong legs, so there was no coaxing. I shot Baby S's newborn sesssion at her home on Monday. She's just three weeks old (we were supposed to do it last week but she got sick) and is so calm and precious. We did some of the session in her bedroom and some in her parents room on their great big bed. It was a wonderful morning.
