Ahoy! A Real Life Pirate
Yesterday I got a call from Christie, the admissions director at Williams-Mystic. She told me that I had been accepted into the program! I'm so excited. I get to spend a semester sailing in tall ships, on all three US coasts, and the rest of the semester, Mystic Seaport is my campus. Amazing.
Now I just have to wait to hear from Copenhagen to see if I'll be away all year next year. That would be both incredible and kinda sad b/c I'll miss Wheaton, but its going to be such a life changing experience.
Woot. Oh! Everyone should come to "One Church, Many Voices: Christian Perspectives on Homosexuality" on Tuesday, April 18th @ 7. Its an event I've been planning with Dean Vereene and its going to be amazing. Please come to Wheaton and say hi to the coolest moderator there has ever been...(ok, maybe the coolest moderator who is moderating an event on April 18th at 7.)
