If anyone remembers Optimus Prime from the Transformers (red tractor trailer), this might be of some relevance...
I got a reissue today of a version that wasn't released in America - "Powermaster Optimus Prime w/ Apex Armor". I been playin wit it all day at work. This thing is too cool. I think they didn't market it on this side of the ocean back in the 80s because it was held that American kids didn't have the attention span to manipulate this thing. It has the largest instruction book I've ever seen for a Transformer.
On top of it, it's just bristling with guns in almost all modes, that probably would have upset the "war toys" crowd.
