The lovely dreda gave me the following words:
1. Cooking
I love cooking. I particularly enjoy baking. Baking is science, while cooking is art, and both are fun and exciting. I love sharing food that I've made, and I love having other people cook for me. I generally don't like other people "helping" me in the kitchen, but I do like company while I'm cooking or baking. I don't mind a sous chef, generally, but when people start trying to change the way I'm doing things, or getting in my way, I can get...testy.
2. Home
I talked a lot about home with Naomi's words. I found it interesting that there are 9 tv episodes, six movies, five plays/novels, 36 albums, and 48 songs called "Home." It's obviously a concept that people think a lot about.
3. Summer
I like summer, but I prefer spring and fall. It gets too hot for me during the summer, generally. But it has Pennsic, lots of other camping events, generally nice weather, and time off for lots of people I like.
4. Pink
A good color for steak.
5. Aspiration
I think it's important to have aspirations. I always want to improve myself, so my aspirations are often changing as I reach my goals.
6. Toes
My middle toes are the longest of my toes, so I can be somewhat self-conscious about my feet. I also have fat, short, little toes, so that doesn't help either. Toes are important, but strange things.
7. Rivers
I like looking at them, but I don't particularly enjoy being in water, so I'm not a fan of being actually in or on a river.
