I've been tagged twice recently, so I'm putting them both up here at once.

"Not because you have to, but because you WANT to! Things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs."

1) I'm not sure I love it, but running lowers my blood pressure and takes away a lot of my anxiety.

2) Watching movies I've seen a million times, i.e. Dirty Dancing, The American President, For Love of the Game.

3) Blasting music in my car.

4) Doing the whole face mask/nail painting/spa thing to myself with a good scented candle and fun music.

5) Taking long hot baths, also with good-smelling candles and fun music.
