So you all know that Paul and environmental conservation don't really mix. But lately he is driving me crazy. Every time it rains, which is every day these days, he has to tell me about GLOBAL WARMING. It totally cracks me up. Because this is the same boy I could not get to take his pop bottles back even though they paid him money. I think Debbie is rubbing off on him. Then again, he still puts everything in the trash rather than the recycle center like two doors away.
Anyways, has anyone seen the MTV commercial about global warming. It completely annoys me. It basically goes through some of the problems with environmental destruction. All is going well. Then it suggests you do your part. Still going well. But then comes there idea for doing your part: buying concert tickets for gifts because then you don't have all the wasteful wrapping paper and production of a product. But hello, I am pretty sure Madonna's tour bus is going to pollute more than a bit of wrapping paper. I don't think all of that electronic equipment doesn't use energy. And of course, I am sure all of those thousands of people driving to the concert doesn't produce any damage. Is that really the best form of conservation they could come up with? I don't get it!
