COME ON FAT!
funny thing happened friday when kip arrived to huntsville. he ended up staying with me at work for the last hour. it was nice though. i also put him to work while he was there. later on we met some of my close friends, roommates, mom and her bf at pepito's. i have pics from there i will post later.
yesterday was just wonderful. other than the fact of waking up with a car full of water because you know.. my driver window will not roll all the way up, it was perfect. we grabbed lunch at one of my favorite cajun restaurants, tim's cajun kitchen.. then to the space and rocket center.
we stopped at first to get a souvenir.. but decided to get tickets to tour the museum. that's cool too because i haven't been since i was around 9 years old or something. yes, the rocket on the left is leaning.. they have cables attached to it so's it will not tip over on a kid or old man or something.
these silver shoes are fabulous.. i want them now.
no idea what this is called.. i like to call it a space mobile because well, i didn't pay attention to what anything is. i just like taking pictures and looking.. not learning. :| but how cool would it be to have this thing? i would ride it every where.. i want one now..

i think kip thinks it's neat as well.. look at that expression! he looks amazed!
the red bar means this is a restricted area. i told kip to hurry and jump in that space shower right now! so he did.. he was telling me to hurry and take the picture. that's what he would look like if he were an astronaut in the shower.:)
no i am not tilting the camera.. the room is slanted.. pretty nifty!
i was pretending.. i'm an astronaut.. errr space cadet:)
i asked kip if he wanted some dippindots.. he'd never heard of them so i had to get him some. i introduced him to the goodness that is the dippindots! we ended up eating two pouches of them each.. YUM.
then i took him up on monte sano mountain..

we woke up at 5:30ish this morning.. talked and watched tv. then went to waffle house and krispy kreme. went to my house for final goodbye's to my roommate. i took him to the airport, said our goodbye and that's that.
i'm sure he is taking off this very minute. i'm not as sad as i was last weekend. we had an AWESOME time together this weekend. never a dull moment even when we were lying around talking or watching tv. we know where we both stand in this relationship. it's a beautiful thing, actually. i can't be sad. sure, i wish i was with him but you know? i'll be seeing him in a couple weeks. i can't wait.
