Dude, you guys... my dive booties came in the mail today (WHICH MEANS I GET TO USE THEM TOMORROW YAY!). They're a size five and they're STILL a little too big... x) I have really small feet for a 5'6.5" person... and small hands. And big love handles... Men with big hands, i am made to love you. *Sammy smiles winningly* No. *pats* Sit.
I had a pretty awesome day at the aquarium today. There was this one little girl... homg. Do you know the little girl character that Amy Poehler plays on SNL? The one that goes "RICK RICK RICKRICKRICKRICK!" and incessantly asks questions and talks with a lisp? That was the little girl. I was mildly amused. x) We saw some whales down by the pier. That was pretty cool.
Afterwards, i went to TND. Which was delicious. We had a long discussion about coffee and how strange we think modern art is. And also there were ginger snaps and ice cream for dessert. Yum. I wore my Jayne hat. I think it attracts attention... LOL. Not the kind of "Oh she's a Browncoat!" attention. More like "Oh she has no fashion sense!" attention. Ain't no Browncoats on this campus... at least... no Browncoats that weren't spawned by me. hahaha. No. I'm really pretty sure they're around... they just... don't make themselves known. It's exactly like Wash said, though, "A man walks down the street in that hat, people know he's not afraid of anything." You're darn tootin'. People comment on how brightly colored it is but no one actually GETS it except the aforementioned friend i wonder why i'm friends with. It's quite unfortunate, really.
I started watching "Blue Planet" OMFG. In the first episode the transient killer whales already killed a baby humpback. It took them six hours to do it (according to David Attenborough). And then you know how much of it they ate? Just the bottom jaw and the tongue. That's nature, i guess?
