So yeah, it looks gorgeous outside...but damnit! it's still autumm! I still want to just wear light jackets to school instead of my pea coat.
After school, My sister came with Abbey and I to sing a little bit with Mr. Nannastad for Central Districts, and then we said hello to the Brucato Band. Afterwards, we were going down to the front lobby to get to Laura's car when we see Erin! Erin was sitting next to a beanie that was black and had red stripes. It looked quite familiar. It was definatly my hat that I lost like a year ago. So I go up to Erin and I said, "Hey, did you find my hat or something?" and she was like, "No, I just saw it there." So basically, the hat I lost a year ago somehow came back to me...I think someone stole it and then forgot it when they were leaving or whatever. But hey, whatever. Isn't that the weirdest thing?
So after school, I went home and was going on MTV.com to listen to this band I really like, Keane, but I don't have Kazaa or whatever it is. So I'm listening to them, and I was browsing on different bands, and I go to Relient K. When I looked at them, THEY HAVE A NEW CD THAT CAME OUT! I was wicked excited so I went to their website and checked it out. Well, then I saw that if you're the first 500 people to buy the CD offline, then you get it signed by them! The price was only $13 so my mom said it was ok! So I totally got Relient K's new CD, Mmhmm, signed...(plus I got a t-shirt, but my mom doesn't know about that so keep it on the DL.) =)
Last night was just...exactly what I needed. I finally just got to forget about all this stupid stuff going on and have some fun. Abbey and I went to the football game, and met up with a bunch of other kids, and then we decided that it was too freezing to stay, so we went to Applebee's. Kate, Robin, Erin, Alex, Evan, Abbey, and I all jammed into Nick L.'s pimped mini-van. We drove to Applebee's and Pete and Josh came and ate with us. It was just the best night. I had so much fun. Josh drove Pete, Robin, and I home and then I stayed up until midnight or so talking to a bunch of my favorite people minus one. =)
