He wants to take a sample of your blood while you're in your Proxy form to compare your Amrita Cells, to see how strong you are, and to see how this world is affecting you. So far, you've been safe from the sunlight, but we haven't figured out yet how much the sun will affect you when you're in your human form.

It doesn't quite have form yet, and that's partially because Vincent is suppressing the connection Ergo Proxy is looking for. He sighs, but if it is for his and Re-l's benefit...]

Will he promise to destroy all the samples after he's done with them? [Even if Daedalus Yumeno is trustworthy, other humans certainly are not.]
