um, the jist of it is like:
1. The Brian/Lindsay thing is interesting because canon supports multiple interpretations, many of which contradict each other entirely. But it never made sense to me that it could be a one time drunken fuck, because of Lindsay's What Ifs in whatever episode number you're referencing 'cause I don't remember exactly either but yeah around there somewhere, and because of Jack remembering her as the girl Brian went out with. Plus there's just a vibe with them, like they always represent a big What If, to each other. I think Brian's always going to think of her as the woman he would have ended up with in an alternate universe where they weren't gay.
2. HAHA you know, after I wrote the Probably scene, I was like, "Whoa, wait, didn't Cam do something just like this?" and then I thought maybe I should change it but I couldn't because you just know it happened JUST LIKE THAT.
3. And also, I don't think I'm actually capable of writing a story without Michael anymore. Once, long ago, I could do it. Now, notsomuch.
