Writer's Block: Youthful Transgressions
I shouldn't have had my lip pierced. I got it done at a studio where my sister got her first tattoos in her early teens years, and the plaec was shut down a few months later for dealing heroin on the side. The "piercer" injected my lip with some kind of numbing agent - a really bad sign. I should have run out the door then. But I let him pierce me with a CBR that was too small, and my whole lip swelled up. I had the thing for about a week.
