So fucking blah!
Another day passes as did the day before. I am getting older. though I oppose this change with all my being. My ankle hurts on cold days and for no reason. I know I might have arthritis in it. My back hurts more. Minor pains I can shrug off. But my one true vanity is betraying me. I have more grey in my hair. Sigh. I am also having trouble losing weight. I used to be able to eat people out of house and home and not gain a pound. I do go to the gym 5 times a week. I am just adding more muscle to an already large frame. Good news is I almost have a 10 minute mile again. So I am a fat man who can run. Ha! I just felt like bitching. This entry servers no real perpose. Yes it dose. It keeps me from going mad. My son is being noisy so I will write more next week. Same bat time same bat channel.
