we spend our whole lives worrying about the future
planning for the future
trying to predict the future
working towards it
as if figuring it out will cushion the blow
but the future is always changing
the future is of our deepest fears
yet of our wildest hopes
but one thing is certain
when it finally reveals itself
the future is never the way we imagined.
they either say you know it's going to be ok or say have faith..
what if you possess neither?
because well, hey, the future is always changing. It's said to be never the way we imagined.
I think I am a realist that way. I've evolved, to my dismay, into that and jumped to the other dark side.
I've always liked having hopeless hopes, liked believing in things even if there's 0.01% success rate.
but at some point you start to realise that your life is happening now
right now, this is it
blink and you'll miss it.
that is the key, no?
