Yesterday was like gym fest.
Did yoga which provided a good morning stretch. Then boxing came after and boy did it rock. I am almost getting the side kick right, like finally! Then PT with alvin, and he taught me much, and gave another bout of stretching to my glutes, which reminds me of just how inflexible and tight I can be. I'm the worst. But the breathing techinique makes it easier for me, so good for me!
Bumped into many friends and it's great to see them coming in for the Le Tour de California. The 3-hour ride was no fun yesterday, because I hopped onto a faulty bike, and the resistance knob was a big pain in the ass, literally! Big bummer. Well, I did survive yesterday which is my consolation.
But ho am I suffering from it today. The tightness in the hemstring, the triceps, and the quads, oh the quads. How I'm going to make it tomorrow, moving over to hostel and then boxing at night, I'll never know.
The
route for the second series of the pearl izumi run this sunday is out, and boy, I think I underestimated the distance. Perhaps, treat it as a sunday morning run? I need to reduce some load in view of the list of must-eats just getting longer, with the sweet tooth raging.

Canele's for their amazing macaroons and I'll want to hit that Patisserie, because it's macaroons and look at it!, and I thought Bakerzin ones are already so good. Then there's the dessert buffet I wanted to go for but settled for a seafood buffet promised, but unfortunately, I've not gone for either! Ok, my bad actually.
This, is one piece of heaven I got, mucho gracias mi amor, or more fittingly, merci bien mon amour =) It does elevate the rate of improvement for the terribly blemished skin.
Ah, school starts tomorrow. And I get the feeling again, where i'm welcoming it but I'm hesitant bout change all the same time.
The thing I love about school is that it keeps me on the move, it can even be electrifying sometimes. OH WELL.
Go with the flow.
