Clinton got another job!
He was hired at a firm in Kitchener as a designer.. and is going to be paid more than he was making at his last firm. Then I believe after the probationary period, he'll be given an even higher raise.
This is a good thing! But.. it's also sort of a worrying thing. Kitchener is about an hour and a half commute from Toronto.. I don't want him out on the roads so much.. nevermind that he drove three hours to see me every weekend for seven months straight. I'll be worried about him every time he's out driving. Very worried. People here drive like their asses are on their shoulders instead of their heads.
Of course we've talked about moving to Kitchener.. our one year lease is up at the end of March.. but I'm settled and happy at the art store.. and I don't really want to leave the city so soon. Plus Clinton wants to wait for a few months.. get a feel for his new employer before we think about moving there.
Money wont be so tight now, which is great. It means the 'just in case' nest egg I've been saving in Paypal is MINEALLMINEHEHEHEHE.. lol~ I can maybe spend it on something fun. I'd like a bigger computer desk.. maybe a tablet.. maybe a Wii U? Maybe a.. uh.. maybe lots of new art supplies?
Or maybe I'll just save it and keep saving more. ^^ The convention is coming up.. I'm hoping I'll make some money there. But if not.. I can put everything up on Furbuy. We'll see what happens.
