Ranting about the gay community

Apparently there's a movement brewing within the LGBT community. The transgender part of community is deeply offended that they are forced to choose between male and female bathrooms in public places. The fact that don't have their own bathrooms somehow demeans them. So they are pushing for more "gender neutral" bathrooms in public places. Further, they want these gender neutral bathrooms to have urinals, because urinals are a symbol of prestige.

My heart really goes out to those poor transgenders. I mean, actually having to choose which bathroom to go into? It must be tough. I'm sure they spend countless minutes, dare I say, seconds agonizing over this choice. And I sure know that I feel an increased sense of prestige whenever I use a urinal as opposed to a regular toilet. The mere though of it is enough to give me goose bumps.

Have I mentioned before that I think the name LGTB is stupid? Do they really need to add a letter for every type of member in the group? According to wikipedia, the fullest permutation of letters used by these people is LGBTTTIQQA. They should just find one word that covers all of them and use that word. It doesn't matter what the word is. They could make it up. They could call themselves "splib," and that would be an improvement over LGBTI, or whatever letter combination they happen to be using at any given time.
