Do you remember all of the times that parents testify of the faith of their children? Usually it's about trying to find something trivial like a lost doll or something. The parent tells the child to pray and with in seconds they are able to find something they had been looking for for an hour or so. Well, I was reminded today that I was suposed to look for our lost car keys while talking to my dad on the phone. After talking I went in search of the keys. I looked under the bunk bed. On top of the dressers. In my sister's room. In my parent's room. Then I went to the living room couches. The magazine rack that my mom often puts her purse in. And then I remembered all of those stories. I said a quick prayer in my head and stuck my hands into the chair next to the afformentioned magazine rack and immediatly found the keys. I tell you, God is the best dad ever. He sure knows how to make his kids happy and remember that he looks out for us. It's great that we had a lesson today in priesthood on prayer. I know it works. And I'm reminded often, which I like.
