Today I went on a site visit to Port Sorell MR with Cliff and Guna where they're doing a widening. Works had this awesome machine up there; It mills out the existing pavement to about 250mm and pushes it along this little conveyor belt thingy to a waiting truck. Awesome. And very efficient. I heartily approve. Did I mention it was awesome?
Funny: The 'automated milling thingo' had a small plark on the back of it. To read this plark you have to get fairly close to it. It said:
