Innovator in canon pretty much just PWNS everyone but his canon rival. In this post I'll outline a few of his natural abilities, and a few skills he will eventually learn while in the Sphere. I want to avoid "godmoding" with him, and I also want to try to avoid potential metagaming/indomodding. If you have a complaint, please tell me here and cite an example if you can. All comments are screened, and of course anon enabled + ip logging is off.
Innovator is an Innoveda. Innovator gives off certain brainwaves called quantum brainwaves. Please drop me a line here before your character says he/she has felt such brainwaves. This rule excludes Gundam 00 known characters that can read QBWs (That means Gundam 00 characters such as Regene, Tieria, H/Allelujah, Setsuna, Soma, etc.). Even if your character can sense brainwaves, I probably don't, and it would be nice for a heads up about it. There are also other characters, like I said before, that have QBW abilities, so any plot revolving around such a thing, they also need to be notified and informed. I can give you my personal feeling, though. So please do not feel offended if things seem limited, or you feel things are unfair. We all want to have fun, and it's better to be safe than sorry.
Currently, the abilities Innovator has are innate traits due to his modification:
§ Sensing emotions/feelings in a person's "heart" (this can only happen with face to face meetings).
§ Picking up on other QBW users/people who have QBWs. He can probably pinpoint the user, but his abilities are not that strong/fine tuned just yet.
§ As of right now, communication done through QBWs can be picked up on in real life in a close proximity (I would say under 50 feet away). Right now his skills are not high enough for him to pick up full conversations, but he might pick up fragments and words.
§ He is very, very charismatic in real life. This is a lot harder to work out in text, but I will try my best to! I will never use this excuse to force someone to do something, though, so please do not interpret it that way.
§ Nano-machines! He's built for space and all of that.
Future abilities will include:
§ Manipulating the QBWs of others, and sending out potential harmful QBWs to hurt others.
§ Full blown telepathy of some QBW users when he chooses.
§ Pinpointing the exact location of QBW users.
