I've been wondering how you are doing! That is one thing I don't miss here in NC. I remember timing a drive to NY to visit my family a few years ago to get there between two snow storms.

They're now saying that it's not ending until sometime tonight. Everything I shoveled this morning has disappeared. I went out not too long ago to shovel again and accidentally locked myself out of the house!
My neighbor-with-huskies went walking by while I was shoveling. She's got one of those contraptions where she can attach both of them so it's almost like they're hitched to a sled. I want one of those for my boyz.

Honestly, I miss getting snowed in. I realize this is in large part due to the fact that I never really had to deal with it as a grown up and therefore have fond memories of days in pajamas with hot chocolate and nothing to do, but still. The whole world telling you to sit still for a while is a little awesome.

I am so stir crazy it isn't funny :/
Right now the housemates are getting ready to take their dogs out. I hope they don't kill themselves on the front stairs -- I couldn't chip off all the ice. Hell, I almost slid down them!
SO's on a conference call. I'm trying to convince him our boyz need to go out because, after all, they're snowdogs.

That's the other trick - being snowed in is fun for about a day, and even more so if you can pick and choose who you are snowed in with. (You're no good - go the the garage!)
Maybe you can convince all the housemates and SO to take out all the dogs and then have the place to yourself for an hour.

I've only ventured out twice -- once with SO to drive a housemate to work (he ended up not having to be there, so we turned around) and the other to attempt to walk The Boyz. They went justifiably nuts and we lasted maybe a half block before returning!
