There's got to be a Nigerian word for how you feel right now.

Or perhaps "I don die!" ("I'm finished!")

I like that, "I never see!" It makes about as much sense as "Well, I never!"

And then the title of my entry, "Come make I yarn u" is what Dayo told me was the way to start a story in Nigerian, but it didn't really fit as the first line of the entry.. so I used it as the title instead. But it involves a rather curious word ordering imo

That title naming technique is something I often use with poetry. When I end up excising a line I'm particular fond of, I sometimes turn it into the title, instead.

Though I would have preferred a title that further obfuscated which of the topics I was writing to, but couldn't think of something good. I'm not above changing it later if I think of something though ;D

Or you could just give it a really pointless title like "And Junk and Stuff." That would pretty much cover anything. :)

Although IMO, "Na Wa Oooo" also sounds Indian, like something American Indians might whoop while dancing around a campfire.

Haha that's a possibility. So did you note anyone else writing on the topic of "na wa oooo?" I'm very curious to see any other entries on the subject

With the caveat that I've only gone through half the entries thus far, these are the folks that I know have written on Na Wa Ooo: alycewilson, ashgaelsonaria, bringing_words, cacophonesque, emileonus, and myself. There are likely others, I just haven't gotten to them yet!

Final batch of Na Wa Oooians from what I can tell: maneless, mazuki, myrna_bird, poppetawoppet, the_lettersea, and thegrimms. More than I thought!

I noticed the title, I thought it was cool - plays off the whole calling a tale/story a yarn, so I got what it meant right off.

Yeah it's an example of the interesting way sometimes obsolete or obscure English phrases are integrated into their pidgin.
