I'd ask how everyone's Christmas Eve eve is, but apparently it's very busy!

Here's to another day at work in which I have nothing to do. Time to do some more catching up on written gifts! At least all my real life gifts are wrapped and under the tree at this point.

Ha... we finally bought some presents, but wrapping is for today, I think. Beats last year by a full day.

We are so WAY ahead of schedule this year that it's almost unnatural! :D Wrapping presents the night before Christmas is usually standard.

Christmas Eve here is the day we all open presents. So I'm very excited about that :)

Ack about working. If I didn't take vacation time, I'd have to work a half day today too.

We're opening our presents on Christmas Eve this year, too, since the kids are leaving to be with their mom tomorrow evening and won't be back until late on Christmas.

It's not like I'm even working, honestly :D I'm doing some written presents instead. Sucks to have to come in though.

We have always celebrated on Christkas Eve. We used to visit grandparents on Christmas Day and even though my grandma passed away and my sister's no longer hosts dinner, we just keep the tradition. It allows us to really lounge on Christmas Day while cooking dinner and stuffing our faces :D
