Does anyone feel like talking about teams? I mean I have had only positive intersection experiences, but I have heard the rumblings of a few that didn't go quite as planned.

Without naming names, would anyone like to comment on what they expect from a partner, what makes a good/bad partnership, or how to cope with a bad partnership?

I think being open is the best thing. I didn't know what to expect with this one, and we both actually ended up changing our original ideas and it worked out really well I think

Both of my partners were wonderful! I guess what makes good partners are willingness to coordinate, to listen to another's ideas and good communication.

norda's Week 9 entry and deza's Week 11 entry were two of my favorites so far. The picture in Deza's entry in particular was a real happy LJI moment for me.
