Good almost-evening.
There is a really important poll up right now - the one that is going to decide the makeup of the rest of the competition! Who will be vying for to become the next LJ Idol, and who will be watching from the sidelines?

Another thing that is up to you is to step up and remember that whatever you are going through right now in this pandemic is about keeping other people safe.
I mention this not for the people who I know are reading this, but for folks that may happen to read it.
I know that there is frustration. People want to get back to their regular lives.
I'm sure everyone is feeling that.
But it's not about you.
This is about other people. And if you start ranting about how "unfair" it is, and how you want to go to (insert event here) you just end up sounding really really bad.
I get it. You aren't planning on going out and doing anything. You just want to. So do I. So does everyone. And ranting about a situation is what social media is all about. Just make sure you realize that the rant might not be taken the way you want it to be taken.
Is this directed at any one person? No. It's just a general sense of "breaking" that I've been seeing going around in various Idol-related circles.
We will get through this. Together. Just don't be an asshat. :)
