It is a sad week in entertainment.
John Ritter died one of the last surviving cheesy actors from the 70's. He was only 54. My dad's 54. It's scary.
Warren Zevon died. If you don't know who he is find out. He is an amazingly underrated singer/songwriter.
And the most heartbreaking...Johnny Cash is dead. The man in black. The original bad boy of entertainment. His inspiration is apparent everywhere in music. My favorite tape I own is one that has Johnny and Bob Dylan playing at Vanderbilt. I believe my Dad was there. Download Johnny and Bob singing "The Girl From North Country." My grandmother loved Johnny Cash. He was the last of her music generation. Now she's gone and so is he. I'm babbling. Sorry.
I'm coming home this weekend. Holla at your G.
