no i did not write it, i took it from someones about me section on facebook, i could not resist.
What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us
A truly dangerous person is not one whom you fear. Its the one who dares you. He is the one who knows so well the depths of your emotions that he can accurately predict your thoughts, actions, reactions. He dares you to step outside your bounds, to look at life with a new perspective, to appreciate the "simple pleasures." To stand, 10 feet from the tracks as a train rushes by. To look in his eyes and know that at that moment there is only one other person on earth feeling the electricity, the ground trembling beneath the coming onslaught. To know his breath is erratic, his heart racing in anticipation, yet his voice so calm, so low... At the exact moment the sound and wind whip around you both, wrapping you in the tempest of raw power rushing at your back. These few moments, that eternity, completely, totally in tune with that other person. To feel so small, yet unafraid, knowing that there is nothing to fear at that moment because he is there too. It passes, and slowly you let out the breath that you didn't even know you had drawn. The sounds of the crickets come back slowly through the night. And all you can say is "Awesome."
That same person, the same one who you know well enough to know each others thoughts, to be able to hold a complete conversation without once stating the meaning, yet knowing exactly what each other is talking about. The person you know is getting upset, not because he shows it, but because suddenly YOU are upset as well, and no reason why...
That person is dangerous. He dares you to turn your world upside down, to risk it all. And knowing that it is worth it because you rediscovered that feeling down deep, those butterflies that you hadn't felt in years. To know that not only will he keep you safe, he'll also lean into your strength - let you support him when he needs it. He is your equal, your better. Him being there makes you better. That is what makes him dangerous. Not to you, but to those who can't see, who can't open their eyes.
