i predicted this would not be the month, for various reasons. i didn't really quit my vices until 1 week into my cycle. then, i took a header and had major whiplash, which isn't so great for the body. then i got sick and stayed that way for a good 2.5 weeks. so i wasn't expecting major results in round 1 here, and i didn't get them. i'm not too depressed, so that's good.

consulation prize - i get to drink this weekend! it was not so easy to not drink on thanksgiving. everyone else brought all this wine to my house....and i had o'douls. uck.
