Deathly Hallows release date announced!!!
Stupid work ... it always gets in the way of important things like making LJ posts about even more important things like Harry Potter. Apologies for bein' slow on the uptake, but here we are:
The release date for the final book in the Harry Potter septology was announced today!!! Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is published 21 July, which is the biggest holiday of July now, ahead of the release of the movie version of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix on 13 July and some holiday on 4 July.
BEST. NEWS. OF. THE. YEAR. Bittersweet, yes, but this is frickin' awesome. We knew it was coming, but we didn't know when. Commence countdown. This is going to be the best summer EVAR.
