Silent Hill Origins,wicked cool music, and other things.
It is less than a month until the release of Silent Hill Origins, a new survival horror game for the PSP. I have seen some screenshots of SHO and it looks good. It should explain a lot about the history of the town of Silent Hill. The gameplay will be similar to previous SH games. Originally, The game play was going to be similar to Resident Evil 4 but I guess Konami thought it would alienate SH fans. That was a smart move by Konami to keep the gameplay like previous SH games. Weapons in SHO will enventually break,which adds to the survival factor of the game. The monsters look cool in SHO. A portable Silent Hill game is a great idea and I am happy that this game is coming out soon. Hopefully, I will have a PS3 by the time SH 5 comes out. I reserved SHO at Babbages on Sunday so I am defintely getting this game.
I am a huge fan of the song " Holy Diver " by Dio. It's a awesome song will great guitar and it has the awesome vocals of Ronnie James Dio! Recently, I heard Killswitch Engage's cover of that song. It's a good cover. I downloaded it but for some reason I don't have the music useage rights to it downloaded. I downloaded it through Wal-Mart's music download service and haven't encountered this problem before. I have no idea what's up with that. Last night, I heard Godsmack's version of the Led Zeppelin classic " Good Times.Bad Times". I am not a fan of Godsmack but they did a good job with that song. "Good Times,Bad Times" is one of my favorite Zeppelin songs so it is good to hear a great cover of it. It reminded me that I still need STP's cover of " Dancing Days".
I like this current layout. This might be the one I like the best and it will be the one I use for now on. I can put more than one link in it. I added a link to some of the sites I normally visit. The GI forums is the first forum I joined. It is one of the best video game forums out there. Blades of Metal is the music forum I posted about a while back. The look of the page screams " Metal!!!". ZWCV Forums is the forum created by Undernet. It has changed a bit since I joined. It now covers a wide variety of stuff. It still needs more members so click the link and check it out. Nick of GSM's new forum is still not ready but I will add the link when it is ready. I am thinking if I should create that anime forum I was thinking of creating. I have never created my own forum so maybe it was a dumb idea. If I do create it, I will need some anime fans to help me in creating it by being adminastrators and mods. If you think ,you can help let me know. I probably will start on it next tuesday, which is my next day of.
