Region 2 Blog Updated
Monnie, our Representative for Region 2 West (and currently fostering Region 2 East), has updated the Region 2 blog with post entitled "A Needle, A Thread, And A Big Heart". Here's a sample:
Cro had the idea to hand-make toys for cats and to present these toys to a local shelter. It was an act special to me because for one, I’ve been an animal lover and supporter of animal charities all my life, but also because I’ve been employed in the veterinary field for almost 15 years. I’ve heard and seen first-hand how in need animal shelters can be. When they are trying every day to find enough food for each pet and places for them to sleep and the funds to pay for medical bills, sometimes the last thing they can worry about is whether they have anything to keep them entertained and happy and social.
