Trying to gauge interest..
I don't know if i'm going to reach the right group of people here, but I was wondering how many people would be interested in going to a bar I was interested in opening. Now, I know the idea i'm about to lay out has been done before, but there's no place like this in Lakeland.
The bar would only serve beer and wine, but would offer anywhere from 15-30 import draught beers, and anywhere between 50-200 different bottled beers (imports as well). It would be a small, warm place. Maybe live music?
The typical response i've received goes something along the lines of "This is Polk County, nobody would go to that place. Everyone just wants their Icehouse, or Budlight, or Miller. A place like that would flop in Lakeland." I disagree.
I'm just trying to see how many people would be interested at this point. Your honest opinion would be appreciated. Thank you!
