hooray for the oompa loompa techno song!
posters are due today at noon. it's 8:38 and i'm at sundance printing my stuff out. i would have done it yesterday, but my files were corrupt and i couldn't go home and fix them. so i woke up at 6:30 this morning and drove on down to new braunfels. they're halfway done. i know i have lots of time, but i would have rather of not been in this situation. note to self: bring 3 kinds of backup.
prints are costing me a fortune. this time it was 120 dollars. last week was 100 dollars.
i saw willy wonka yesterday. lots of people told me that it wasn't good. that the first one was better. in my opinion, you can't compare the two. if someone other than tim burton had touched this movie, then i would say ridicule all you want. but that's not the case. tim burton is always going to put his own little morbid twist on everything he does. i enjoyed it's little quarks and wacky elements. my favorite part is the oompa loompa background flashback.
