Episode 4 - Wut a tweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeest

May 10, 2009 11:34

So, watching the end of Episode 4 srsly had my brain going. The 7 deadly sins, the first tweeeest of the season, etc.

All of our assumptions from last week -> Out the window.

I was surprised to see the writers actually bring the element from the first season in which Kamiyama "killed" Misaki with his own hands. I honestly had expected it to have been a lover's suicide, but nope, Kamiyama had " killed " Misaki. So it wasn't a drowning at all.

But here's another interesting tweest that set it apart from season 1,

K: Where is he?
M: He went off over there to that musician.
K: He's as carefree as ever, it seems.

Which basically eludes to the fact that Honma was indeed with them on their camping trip.

Because this picture proves it. It's the same bridge from where they were camping at.

Now it has me wondering what exactly happened to cause Kamiyama to "kill" Misaki and did Honma actually witness it? By the way they were describing things, Honma seemed to be a carefree goofball before the events that took place 8 years ago. It also seems to me that Honma may not be Misaki's brother, but instead, another friend who may have loved her. So basically three friends on a camping trip, Misaki and Kamiyama being lovers and Honma being the third wheel --> OR MAYBE, the other way around.

I really doubt the not so incest factor is going to play into this season.

As for the deadly sins, we've already seen -> Pride, Sloth, Greed, and Envy ... Our final three are Gluttony, Lust and Wrath.

In the original season it went as this: Pride, Gluttony, Greed, Envy, Sloth, Lust, and finally Wrath.

But it looks like that this season its going -> Pride, Sloth, Greed, Envy, Wrath, xx, xx

Which makes me wonder who the final contestant will be? All of us who've seen the first season know that Honma and Kamiyama will eventually face off on the Quiz Show and everything will come out in that meeting -- But what will Honma be? Yamanobe was wrath, but with the possibility of wrath being next week's episode... where will we go? Or will they use up all seven sins to make for more episodes and not associate Honma or Kamiyama with a sin?

I dunno, but these events just have my mind going! lol

EDit: Also, in ep 3, Honma mentions that if it wasn't for Saejima -> He would not be working at Ginga Television. Also, the department head mentions to Saejima that he doesn't want another incident like the one two years ago to happen again....

Are the two related?
