So about a year and half ago, I fractured my leg right above the ankle. I talked with my dr's and stuff and they said I healed fine. However, lately, the last... I don't know how long, my ankle has been swollen. A lot. Only that one. Should I go to the doctor? What can I do to make it less swollen and hurty?

This, from my RN wife, who recently broke her own leg in the same place, and has dealt with swelling issues: "Elevate it, and ice it."

I would talk to your doc.

Yes, go to the doctor.

To make it feel better, do RICE - rest, ice, compress, elevate

Ibuprofen for the swelling.

But definitely go to your doctors or a minor injuries unit.

Second or third ice and elevation, for a start, anyways.

It is worth calling your doc to describe the symptoms. He/she can then let you know if it necessary to come in.
