REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER CUPS!!

its been days since i last updated, cos there's a lot of things gg on, work etc.
hahaha, guess what. i went Universal THREE TIMES ALR MAN. OMG. i'm so sick of tt place.
hopefully, the plan bout gg Disney on tues wld come to pass. :D

after working here for close to 3 weeks, i've come to appreciate the american culture, it's not as warped as most of us would think.
like, the teenagers here work to pay for their expenses, like their car's monthly installment (all of them have a car la). I dont see tt happening in Singapore, sadly. We all depend so much on our parents, so much so tt we take them for granted, expecting them to pay for every single thing.
=|

another thing i want to say here is tt, the people here truly are so liberal, and they don't give a sh*t of what others might think of them.
Working in a themepark made me see how the americans treat their family members. there are a lot of autistic children over here, yet their parents embrace them and love them. The parents don't mind the hassle of bringing them out to themeparks and show their love openly. Normal kids are also taught the hard way here, like at the tender age of say, 2 yrs old, the parents bring them to the water themeparks to play.
I think it's prolly the gung ho upbringing from young, tt made the ang mohs so special and highly noticeable.

my friends and i were talking bout it few days back, and we realised how relaxed it is to stay here. everything is just gg at a slow but steady way. people don't hurry, and they won't hurry you. they greet and smile at u even tho u're just a passerby. In Singapore, everything is so rushed, we are impatient when the cashier took a little longer to return u the change, we don't appreciate the bus driver for bringing us to our destination. uh huh.
over here, they say Thank You. and I think it's basic universal courtesy that everyone shld learn.

I'm not saying USA is altogether perfect, but it's all these little things that matter in becoming a person to be awed by others. I think when I'm back in Singapore, even a 7 mins wait for the MRT wouldn't annoy me any longer.

okay, heavy contents aside.
I WATCHED A MOVIE IN USA. hahaha!
caught Narnia tt day at Citywalk (which is an awesome place btw, with loads of night life.) let's not talk bout the ticket price, but the movie WAS AWESOME.
and i love the soundtrack. send to me some one!
i miss church so much aft watchin the show.
it reflected God's heart, His willingness to give, and how us mankind(Caspian and Peter) still decided to depend on ourselves. We all shld have the childlike faith, like Lucy who believed that Aslan would come back eventually, and how He could move the mountain and raise the sea.
ahhh!!!
but anyhow, the cinema is diff frm singapore, in terms of the seatings. the seats are raised by a larger amt such tt you wont gt blocked by the person in front of u no matter how short u ah. cool shit right!
and i can't believe Sex and the City is rated R here. wthhhhh. and! i wanna watch kungfu panda after watching the sneak. it's out tdy! :D

oh oh, of work. i'm so sad tt my thai friends are leaving soon. their last day is tdy. they're the only few youngsters in my workplace and the THAI PEOPLE ARE SO FRIENDLY I PROMISE. They taught me thai, and in return i taught them some chinese. haha.
i'm gonna miss them so much man.
HMMM, heard there will be Europeans, Taiwanese and people from HKG coming!
HKG!!! OMG!!
i sure hope i get to meet some of them!!

and and and! i'm getting OT!! woohoo!
finally got my arse down to Workforce to get more hours. awesome.
will be doing bag checking for 3 days nxt week.
and guess the OT pay? hahaha.
its 15 plus sgd per hour. cool shit. just standing there to check for explosives. haha
think bout it. if i work for 6 hrs, i get a DKNY watch or a Coach or 2 RL tops.
nice. very nice.
:D
