This is a permissions post for Talia. This is for anyone interested to let me know if Talia will be able to read their emotions, or alterations (memories changed, erased, blocked : false memories implanted) that have been done to their minds. This is also a post so you can let me know if you have a character that will be able to pick up on her emotions should she start projecting.
