eleventy-nine.

1. I am v. hungry.

2. Have been given permission to DM at Sin City this weekend, for the bf is a benevolent and gracious man. Also, the team didn't fuck up, so the team shouldn't have to suffer.

3. The weekend was SO BUSY. Saturday went really, really well. VCON was a blast, and I had a good time at my aunt's turkey. Sunday kind of fell apart, due to various things. The DM refresher was pretty fun, quite reassuring. Then I fucked up royally and missed my DVD night with impasto. 'Cause I suck (and am SO SORRY, Helen. You have no idea). Monday was good, lazy, watching select Everwood episodes (basically, I left out one of the first six), then dinner at the 'rent's. I forgot that it was their anniversary yesterday. But only yesterday! I remembered up until the weekend started and I had no time to think beyond the next five minutes.

4. Had a wonderful long blahblahblah with estrellada about a hundred and one things. We are probably going to dress up as Sam and Dean for Hallowe'en ('cause it rhymes, and also because I Am Sam, except short and rollypolly). The problem is finding somewhere to go in fabulous costume (not mine; mine will be me, in my own clothes, without my glasses on. Zomg! The transformation!).

5. History of Consensual Sadomasochism lecture at kinkubc on Wednesday. I don't know if I'm going (I WANT to), 'cause I skivved off dance practise two weeks in a row already. And dance practise is FUN. But argh! History of Consensual Sadomasochism!

6. On Thursday I am helping my mom's friend set up a blog. She is going to Africa to start and run a medical clinic in Ghana while she waits through the bureaucratic nonsense of adopting a child from Liberia (who lives in Ghana; long story). Anyway, she's a nurse and wanted to do something useful while she's there. And my mom wants her to blog her experiences on the front lines of the dark continent. Alas, neither she nor my mother know how to set up a blog. I'm not sure what service would be best. I'm thinking Blogger, just 'cause it's way less cliquey than Elljay (I love you for the cliques, Elljay), and already host hundreds of similar blogs. I dunno. Might have to do some research.

7. Um! Right! I loved everything about "Everybody Loves a Clown" except the actual clown plot! Also Jo! Because damn, with the contrivance. Basically, Dean made me cry at the end, after indulging one of my alternate career kinks for a large bit of the episode (no, not the carnival one, thanks; I have a [very] little class). That is all.

Bye.

ps: Longest entry ever. And I upped an assload of old icons because of the re-watching of Everwood and the lack of some essential SN icons.

con, dungeon momitor, holiday, the bf, the fam, supernatural, everwood
