Also, I borrowed the first two seasons of SG1 from Kelly (in exchange for Firefly, Serenity, and most of the rest of my DVDs, the bastard). So what's up with the decline in production value? I'm still on the first half of s1, but I have seen some s2 episodes, and good lord. Decline, sharp.
Though the Star Trek-type bright orange "cave entrance" in the cavepeople episode was pretty brilliant.
