femme fatale? oui oui!
So Aviva's just informed me that shes making a zine! I'm going to contribute some of my comics and do an illustration specifically for it (a sheep named Jean-Bob the goat??? i chose to just go with the flow on that one)I'm excited! Zines are so fun, we can circulate them and change the world!!!
Something cool happened this weekend. I was getting really into this new painting im working on. It's pretty surreal and trippy. Anyways, i got into painting clothes and put on some sloan. As i was listening to "Underwhelmed" my dad called from the bookstore. My dads had the store for over 25 years so he runs into old friends and customers from time to time- actually who am i kidding he runs into people he knows EVERYWHERE! Anyways this man came in ane he's like "I love this store! I used to come here all the time when i was 13! I even have your t-shirts and bags and buttons..." And it turned out to be Jay from Sloan!! Thats almost as cool as the day i walked into the store and my dad was talking to someone and said "Oh, Geddy this is my daughter" AND IT WAS GEDDY LEE FROM RUSH!!
Hmm...Valentines day gets me in a cheeky mood, hehe, the song Femme Fatale cracks me up, I love how Nico sings it like "She's got to smile to make you fron, what a clon." That's really how it sounds, i love that song. That will be my valentine's day song since you know I'm such a femme fatale. Le mew, le purrrrr.
