And here I am on my first day as a shitless layabout, coming to you live from my lounge room. Woo hoo. On my shiny new Compaq Presario v3000 - very very shiny :)
Got some job apps to write this arvo, generally feeling pretty good. Went in this morning to hand in my security pass and tie up the last of the loose ends, and to have a very awkward conversation with my now ex-manager. Usually when leaving a job, there's at least something pleasant you can say to people. The only thing I could think of was 'be grateful I never stabbed you in the head with my pencil'. So, taking my mother's advice for the first time ever, I said nothing. And was careful not to let the door hit my arse on the way out.
