#1 is one of the disturbing poems Jack/narrator sends to his office in Fight Club

#2 is from "The Dead Shall Be Raised Incorruptible" by Galway Kinnell

Though I would also like to point out #1 is missing a "the" in line two, thus making it a non-haiku, and totally killing the scansion.

I noticed that too. I was trying to find the actual poem online, but couldn't find a result when I searched for it all in "". But when I seperated the lines I was able to find it.
