[With every sharp pain of her body, Clio felt closer to death. She wanted someone to put her out of her misery. Skin was dripping from her body like she'd been sitting in a big pot of soup the whole day, and now was being taken out to strip off the meat. She was never going to eat soup again if she survived all of this. There was a sharp gasp, and she felt like her lungs were closing in on her.

At first it had smelled, but not anymore since her nose had fallen off. It was actually a blessed relief not to be able to smell the thing which she was turning into.

God she hated Easter.

There had been knocking coming from the door for some time now, though Clio could not answer it. Finally it seemed there was a turning of the knob and the door opened. Apparently she hadn't locked it.

"Clio?" her ex-husband called out.

He only came into view for a quick moment before an overwhelming urge took over her. Despite the fact that her legs shouldn't seem to work, she sprang to her feet and chased over to him, pinning him up against the door. All she wanted was to bite into him, bite into that neck of his and then get at his brain. What the hell was wrong with her?

With one sharp kick, the entity that was once Clio was sent flying back and he raced out the door. Clio was left alone again. When she would finally wake up from this daze, days later and back to health, she'd have police banging down her door. Assault and battery.

Happy Easter to her.]
