parf who i wanna parf.
i remember what the other new album i liked was! the new wilco album! i've been a wilco fan for many years now (does six count as many?), and i especially love their album summerteeth. BUT, i felt like their two albums before this new one were totally weak. i thought they were done and turned to the boring side. but then they come out with this new album that rules just like old wilco again! it's not their best of their best or anything, but it's up there. which is pretty good for a band going on 17 years.
i don't know anyone else besides alyssa and myself who even like wilco, so this may be lost on some of y'all. but even if you don't like wilco, you should check it out, specifically the songs "art of almost," "born alone" and "dawned on me." those are my faves anyway. hey even my jaded boss/co-worker doesn't like wilco and he admits to liking the new album, which is something, believe me!
