not too much happening lately. some more tiger house recording last weekend. lots of TV watching (the walking dead, boardwalk empire, bored to death, glee, etc.). also, recording stupid christmas covers. they're deliciously terrible. i do take a perverse kind of pleasure in making convincing pop-punk.
today i found a surprise $300 direct deposit from ASCAP in my bank account for international distribution. i won't know the specifics until i get my paper statement later this week, but that's awesome! i've never gotten more than like twenty bucks from international royalties till now. right on. now i will have moneys for christmas shopping!
