1). Hugging this character: Go ahead, he'll probably be at least a little awkward, and that's why we love him.
2). Kissing this character: I'd suggest indicating pretty clearly to me (IC or OOC) that it's gonna happen so Simon can react appropriately. Out of the blue, no. After some development between them, sure.
3). Flirting with this character: Absolutely. Simon is really bad at flirting, though!
4). Fighting with this character: I don't mind. Fights with Simon will likely be more verbal, but he may throw a punch or two depending on what you do.
5). Injuring this character (include limits and severity): If he can fix it himself, sure. Nothing too serious without asking.
