Irony.

6:10. Oh no, please 10 more minutes. Her hair is in tact. It's so cold. Please, 10 more minutes.

The sky was so dark. She loved it like that. "Let's go driving!" Driving forefully against the breeze right before the sunrise. That was paradise. But no, she was in a hurry.

Retainers off. Wash. Brush. Hair is fine.

She wears her band shirt and pants that hugged her legs. Oh no! My petition! I need my report card! Her dad was laying on the bed, listening to the morning radio.

"Dad, can you make a copy of my report card? I need it for school," she asked him in Vietnamese.

He quickly gets up and goes searching for the suitcase. God, he puts everything that is "top secret" in that suitcase. No. No. No. No. He couldn't find it. Time was running out. 6:48. She knew she had to start driving at 6:50 in order to make it to class right on time. She gives up and races to put on her shoes.

"Here I found it!" her dad ran to her with the report card in hand.

Great. She grabs the paper and rushes to her car.

6:58. She is almost there! She will make it in time. She does. The door opens and there is a minute to spare. Oh man, Hamlet essay. She wasn't ready at all.

She's boggled. Commenting back and forth, but really not looking forward to anything. A new friend. A new crush that will soon fade to nothing. Guitar guy. She liked him. No, she had a thing for him, thought he was mysterious. But after talking to him about this situation, she didn't like him. She never did. In the first two weeks of meeting someone new, she always acts this way which is why she is stopping herself.

But oh how great it would be, if her movie came alive. How amazing it would be if that love, that unexpected, deep love comes alive. Hah. Let's laugh at her foolishness.

Please, those things only happy in koean dramas.

But take it all away and leave her be.

Leave it alone.

and Let her be.
