If Hinata's observant -- which is redundant, coming from a Hyuuga -- she'll notice that some of his skin is charred, and still in the process of being healed. Basically, he looks like his icon, nosebleed and all ]

[She's so nervous. Her hands won't stop shaking; her stomach feels heavy and way too active and tight all at once. Was he from before her? From a different time? She'd never asked and he'd never said, but half of her almost wishes he wasn't "her" Naruto. Then she wouldn't have to be quite so terrified.

It's really not that difficult to spot Naruto, even for someone who isn't a ninja who specializes in intelligence gathering. But even more obvious than his orange jumpsuit and his bright blond hair is the blood drying on his face. Her nervousness all but vanishes as she closes the last few meters between them at a run.]

Naruto-kun-! You are hurt-!

[ He perks his head up at the sound of her voice, then immediately tries to turn his head away, flailing to get the last bit of dried blood off his face. He'd been tonguing it out of sheer boredom, earlier, but no doubt Hinata would want to try and patch him up or something instead of leaving well enough alone. She was always weird like that. ]

-Ah, it's nothing! [ He tried to lean away from her, making a slight grimace. ] I'm fine, see! Fine! [ To accentuate the point, he began to tug at the still healing side of his face, pulling it as if he were made of rubber. ] Nothin' to worry about!

[Okay well, being all up in his space isn't her thing either, so she stands what she perceives to be a comfortable distance away and fidgets like there's no tomorrow, wringing her hands a little bit in front of herself.]
